Hints can be plain comma-separated phrases or a valid JSON array. If JSON is used, it will be validated.

Mode Values:

• replace-all: Entire transcript is replaced with the key if the cleaned transcript exactly equals the phrase.
• replace-only: Only the matched phrase is replaced with the key (if key is empty, the phrase is deleted from transcript).
• none: Transcript remains unchanged (hint is only used for recognition boosting).

Auto-default (when mode is absent):

• barge-in: 1 + key set → replace-all
• barge-in: 1 + key: "" → replace-only (deletes phrase)
• barge-in: 0 → none
